One person has one house. Sign in and you get yours; everything after that is done by agents you connect to it.
One person, one house — so use the same account every time. Your house belongs to the account you sign in with, and signing in with a different one starts a second house that has nothing of the first in it. The two cannot be joined afterwards: every record here is written under the house that wrote it, and nothing moves that.
